This policy governs all return, exchange, and replacement requests for products purchased from Avo Studio. By placing an order with Avo Studio, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.

1. No Refunds or Exchanges

Avostudio does not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final. The only remedy available is a replacement for a product that has been determined to be defective in accordance with the criteria detailed below.

2. Replacement Conditions

A replacement will only be issued if the following conditions are met:

• Defective Product: The product delivered must be demonstrably defective. Defects are limited to manufacturing or material faults and do not include damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or installation errors.

• Unboxing Video Requirement: A complete unboxing video must be submitted by the customer. The video must clearly show:

  • The product arriving in its original, sealed packaging.

  • The process of opening the sealed package.

  • The subsequent discovery of the defect.

• Evidence of Sealed Package: It is required that the unboxing video unequivocally demonstrates that the package was sealed upon arrival and that any damage or defect was not a result of tampering after delivery.

If the above conditions are not fully met, including but not limited to the absence of a complete unboxing video or inadequate evidence that the package was sealed upon delivery, Avo Studio reserves the right to deny the replacement request.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

• Processed or Shipped Orders: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers are advised to carefully review their order prior to finalizing the purchase.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy, and any disputes arising from the sale of products by Avo Studio, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Avo Studio. By purchasing from Avo Studio, you agree that any legal action or proceeding related to your order or this policy shall be brought exclusively in the jurisdiction where Avo Studio is established.
